2nd place

Just a quick update I just finished second in the gin gin 200 behind lance Mackey. It was a great race with warm weather lots of overflow and fog. The dogs were great they all barked and banged the harness at the finishline! Had a proud dad moment!! I'll post more details and videos from the race when I get home tomorrow.

Hi Brent,

Congratulations! It sounds like you are very happy and the dogs too. They haven't kept up very well on the gingin website. I'm glad you wrote something on your blog. This is a real good start for the racing season. Dad is about to leave for Alaska. I told him you got second. Give me a call when you get home.

Love Mom

Fabulous way to start the race season Brent!!! Congrats to you and the team! Please post who was on the team -- gotta know who the contenders are for the Quest team! LOVE THOSE DOGGIES!!!

Hey, I caught up with watching all of the videos you've posted and reading all your blogs -- fabulous stuff! Love the videos of what's going on at the Eureka Wild and Free Camp! Great job on breaking so many trails! Love seeing all the dogs. Great to see your Willow again -- my guard dog and faithful companion when I walked back and forth to the outhouse in the middle of the night! Gotta love it!

Our BEST to you and the dogs throughout the 09/10 race season. We will be watching from Sunny San Felipe, Mexico!
